The Sugar Wastelands are a geographic region of land characterized by it's expansive deserts, wastelands, badlands, and sugar-rocky beaches along the coast.

- its radioactive apocalyptic candy deserts and dunes and wastelands n shit. mostly great/terrible magic-radiation but also regular sad  matter decay radiation. 

- most things do taste like delicious candy, but almost never are, and the ones that are may still be incredibly deadly or mutation-inducing. 

- learning which parts of flora and fauna are edible important to survival

- processing of many resources here too costly to make edible or materially-useful, but some well worth attempting to weather the extremes of the environment to extract

- various rivers, sweetwater straw ('sweet tea' river that flows up and into CC and to CC city))
